Australian Fitness & Health Expo 2011

Australian Fitness & Health Expo 2011

Once again the yearly Fitness & Health Expo is just around the bend and I urge everyone to have a snoop around.

Okay, it’s major focus is “How to bulk up, and get freakin’huge” with expensive fitness equipment, a infinitive choice of protein shakes and supplements that all do the same thing BUT overall the expo hosts a lot more and is definitely worth visiting.

Overview & Summary: The Australian Fitness & Health Expo is Australia’s number 1 fitness event and 2011 sees over 300 exhibitors talking all things fitness! The exhibitors will showcase their new products and the latest trends across the following sectors:

- Boxing/Martial Arts

- Business Services

- Clothing/Music

- Education & Training

- Fitness & Training Equipment

- Health, Wellness & Rehabilitation

- Sports Nutrition & Supplements

After all, they “kind of” introduced ZUMBA at last years’ expo and look how it grew big, right?

There is entertainment for the whole family:

- Buff, bulky and tanned guys for the ladies/Mum’s

- Games & stage shows for the kiddies

- Lots of FREE nibbles and snacks

- Tons of raffles and competitions

- Let’s not forget the main reason: Heaps of useful products/equipment

Date: Monday 11 to Friday 15 April 2011
Times: 9am to 3.30pm
Cost:
$50 per person/day
$200 for the whole week

What does 화랑 HwaRang mean and what can we expect at 화랑 HwaRang Week?

For all students trying to finalising outstanding signatures to get ready for the upcoming grading the HwaRang is almost a must-attend event plus really the best opportunity to fine tune their techniques.

Since Hapkido is a Korean martial art we at Kinetic Martial Arts highly value the history, etiquette and the traditional Read more

Club Census Day on Sat 2 April 2011

The leadership meeting was held once again featuring curious outcomes for the future shape of our club. To further support and develop students overall fitness, Sir has introduced a strong focus on fitness for this year.

The long-term goal of course is to support your journey to become a, fit and awesome, black belt. Meaning, once we’ve completed a couple of census (two per year), we will measure all students performance, average the belt levels and can then focus and support our students so they can achieve their best.

The physical tests for the day will be Read more
